Skills: Air Squats, Paleo Chair, Hand Release Push ups, Kettle Bell Swings, Pull ups and variations

WOD:

5 Rounds- 20 sec. Air Squats- 20 sec. off

1 minute break

5 Rounds – 20 sec. Hand Release push ups- 20 sec. off

2 minute break

5 Rounds – 20 sec. Kettlebell Swings -20 sec. off

3 minute break

5 Rounds – 20 sec. sit ups- 20 sec. off

3 minute break

5 Rounds – 20 sec. skipping – 20 sec. off

Finisher -25 pull ups or variations

First workout of the semester, felt a little sore the next day. Was nice to get back to working out.
